Kate and Leigh were married on a sunny, mild Ballarat day in February. Leigh and his groomsmen met prior to the wedding ceremony for some photography at Mitchell Harris Wine Bar in Ballarat. We photographed outside on the street and the men enjoying a cuppa indoors.
Kate and her bridesmaids booked an Air BnB home to get prepared. The home was stylishly furnished and decorated, with lovely natural light for wedding photography.
The ceremony was held at Saint Patrick's Cathedral in Ballarat, such an exquisite space for a Catholic wedding ceremony.
We drove around town to a number of locations for Kate and Leigh's wedding photography session, which has given us a good variety of images for their wedding photography album.
The Ballarat Golf Club is an amazing number of areas to photograph images of a bride and groom. Natalie, the function co-ordinator is extremely helpful and makes sure wedding receptions run very smoothly.
The wedding reception room was styled in a bright classic manner, with a touch of a Happy Potter theme running through the styling.
